We carefully inspect all our products and package well before shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or parts missing, please notify us within 7 days of item arrival.
Please take note that we do NOT accept return for any of the following reasons. Please make sure your order is correct before proceeding payment.

*Any item returned without prior notice will be rejected and NO refund and exchange will be made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be ;
- Brand-new condition
- Original tags, packaging, manufacturer”s container, documentation, warranty card, and all accompanying accessories.
- Item purchased as part of set, or multiple item pack must be returned as whole set
Please take note that return does not fulfill above criteria cannot be proceed or refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as;

- Sale / Clearance items
To compete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item purchased with our discount coupon
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise you receive approval from our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Delivery charges are non refundable.
For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. We will not be able to process PayPal returns in store.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
